The Arbitrum DAO circulating-supply note. Team and investor tokens vest four years from 16 March 2023. The first unlock is 16 March 2024 (one quarter). After that, the 16th of each month through 16 March 2027 unlocks allocated / 4 / 12 of the 10 billion initial supply. A reading dated on the 16th treats that day as already current.

Each row is a share of initial supply. Foundation tokens vest continuously and are not given a monthly date. The DAO treasury moves when governance deploys tokens. The note does not publish vesting-contract addresses, so post-unlock transfers are not attributed.
